BS Freeman has joined with Meister Global to form Radius Brand Strategies, a partnership to make investments in the food and consumer packaged goods industries.  Radius brings together BS Freeman Managing Director Bruce Shalett and Todd Meister, an accomplished investor and principal of Meister Global, an investment firm with holdings in various industries including oil/gas, financial services, and consumer services.

Todd Meister, of Meister Global added, “Bruce and I have wanted to work together for some time.  Radius is our opportunity to get more hands-on.  We want to build real businesses, rather than simply taking a transactional approach.  Ultimately, that’s the way to create real value and build long term wealth.”

Radius is reviewing numerous business opportunities, and anticipates announcing it’s first investment in the first quarter of 2013.
